This fall we will hold three NAPC courses for Aboriginal, Inuit and Métis members—one in Alberta (November 26-27), one in Saskatchewan (December 10-11) and one in Manitoba (December 4-5).
This two-day course is for First Nation, Inuit and Métis members who have had little or no exposure to their union and would like to learn more about it.
Application deadline is November 18, 2016

During the course participants will learn more about:
• The role of the union in advancing Aboriginal rights in the workplace, the union, and our communities;
• Resources and decision-making in the PSAC;
• How to become more active in the PSAC through local, regional and national structures.
It is recommended that members take Talking Union Basics or the “Our Communities, Our Union, Our Rights (for First Nation, Inuit and Métis members) course as they provide a solid foundation for other PSAC courses.
