All delegates, observers, and guests attending the Prairie Region Triennial Convention are responsible to make their own transportation and hotel reservations. All delegates, observers and guests are responsible for the costs incurred for transportation and hotel accommodations. (Note: This does not apply to Prairie Region Council reps, Area Council delegates, and Committee delegates.)
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for our Convention. The cost of a room is $179.00 plus taxes and applicable fees. Please call to make your booking by Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the latest. Please identify yourself as a delegate, observer or guest to the 2017 PSAC Prairie Region Convention when booking to ensure you receive the Convention room rate.
After the above deadline, remaining rooms in the PSAC block will be release to the general public. We cannot guarantee there will be space in the hotel after March 22, 2017. Delegates and observers will be required to find an alternate hotel in the surrounding area at the market rates available at the time.
