In person meeting with REVP and PSAC Regional Coordinator (Lisa): Nov. 28, 2015
Met with the Regional coordinator officer and the REVP to begin discussion on the potential location and dates for the 2016 RVMs’ Conference in Prairie Region.
Teleconference: Follow Meeting with the REVP and Regional Coordinator (Lisa) was had in December to discuss updates on Nov. discussion December 15, 2015.
Met with the REVP and the regional coordinator to discussed and reviewed potential dates and locations for the 2016 RVMs’ regional Conference. However, we did not come to a decision. Rather, we deferred the decision making to the Steering committee once we have formed one.
Teleconference: Inaugural Meeting of the Steering Committee for the RVMs’ 2016 Regional Conference – January 12, 2016.
Participated on the Steering committee to discuss, review and decide on location and dates for the conference. I am glad to report that after considerable discussion respecting the pros and cons of all potential dates and locations, the committee was able to agree on a location and dates. The 2016 Inaugural RVM’s Regional Conference will be held in Winnipeg from September 8th to 11th, 2016.
