1. Called to Order: 5:35pm
2. Attendance: Marlene Hoce, Deanna Getz, Tim Hubick, Michelle Lang, Brett Pollard, Dani Aubichon(called in by phone)
3. Mental Health Seminar finalized the date of December 10, 2016. One speaker: Donna Bowyer from the Canadian Mental Health Association. Brother Tim Hubick to do a facilitated discussion. We are having this event at the office. 1 until 4 pm. Speaker – 1:15 to 2:15, 2:15 to 2:30 break, Tim Hubick – 2:30 to 3:30. The Speaker is going to talk about Stories on Mental Health and how her Association helps them. Times is on Work Life Balance and Mental health. Food that is going to be served: vegetables and dip, coffee, water, juice boxes, fruit tray. Deanna to pick up the food. Poster and fb event page to be provided by Michelle. RSVP to Keith by December 7, 2016. 200 dollars to be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Executive to be at event at 11:30am day of event.
