2. Adoption of the Agenda
3. Minutes: Adoption of 12 July minutes with the changes that the PPC be spelled out. “P” Prairie Convention
4. Previous business:
a. Signing Authority: Try this Friday
5. New Business:
a. Budget 2017 – Kim needs to get the actual amounts that are due to Nina & Karoline to finalize the Fin Statement
b. Project for the year
i. May Meet and Greet the Politicians – it was decided that the Citadel as a venue would be better as it comes with the AV system and we can bring our own snacks and liquid refreshment. We will have them provide the hot drinks. The theme will be around the Phoenix Pay System.
ii. Sept the Solidarity Breakfast – discussion on a theme & as fall is here “Warp yourself in Warmth” donations of attendees of a blanket. Suggested from Karoline that as most election have been complete and a possibility of a lot of new Leader this will be a good time to invite them out to hear their mandate on a PSAC centre.
6. Varia: Karoline talked about the Ratification.
7. Round Table – meetings 19 Apr Wed, 18 May Thur, 15 June Thru, no meeting in July.
