1. The Meeting called to order at 5:40 p.m.
2. Minutes from April 18 approved by all
3. Update on Budget request and approval:
-in order for our budget to be approved minutes from the May 2016 had to be posted
-voided chq had to be included in register, bank charges should be included other expenses on financial statements.
4. Elections
President- Deb Kosteniuk acclaimed.
Treasurer- Tabassom Javadi Daoudaranie, acclaimed.
Secretary- Jennifer Jurca, acclaimed.
5. New Business:
Committee to go ‘dark’ for June & July with planning meeting Aug 27.
6. Roundtable-
Vicki – Aboriginal Day June 24 looking for volunteers
