PSAC Regina Women’s Committee Annual General Meeting Minutes
Call to Order: 5:40
In attendance: Michelle Lang, Dani Aubichon, Debbi Bernhardt, Deanna Getz Martha Johnson (PSAC), Sandra Ahenakew
Deanna Getz presented information on the Community Garden Project in North Central. Community coordinators suggest the RWC purchase bedding plants; peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, squash. The community garden coordinators will begin planning for the 2016 growing season in April 2016 with planting expected in May 2016. Michelle, Dani, Deanna, Debbi, Sandra and Martha have volunteered to plant seeds and bedding plants.
ACTION ITEM
Deanna will price out bedding plants.

Michelle moved to pay a per diem of $100 for Speaker Lani Elliott, Deanna Seconded, motion carried.
