RAPC Meeting Minutes - March 11, 2015

Northern Saskatchewan RAPC Executive Meeting
March 11, 2015, 5 PM
Marquis Inn Restaurant, Prince Albert, SK

In attendance :

Paul Daigneault – NAPC Male Representative for Prairies
Janette Husak – PRC Member

The purpose of the meeting was to complete the financial audit and to submit the annual financial report, budget and work plan to Janette as the PRC Representative.

1. Paul and Janette completed the audit review in the presence of Dave and Kurtis in case there were any questions.  The audit was completed and accepted by Janette and she stated that she will forward it to the REVP and the PRC.
2. Kurtis as the Treasurer presented the annual budget request and work plan along with supporting documents to Janette. Janette accepted them and stated that she will submit them to the REVP and the PRC.
3. Meetings for the coming year were selected by the RAPC members present and are planned as follows:
   1. Regular Meeting, Wednesday May 13th, 2015 at 5 PM at the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre Board Room.
   2. Regular Meeting, Wednesday July 15th, 2015 at 5 PM at the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre Board Room.
   3. Regular Meeting, Wednesday September 15th, 2015 at 5 PM at the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre Board Room.
   4. Annual General Meeting, Wednesday November 18th, 2015 at 5 PM at the Prince Albert Indian and Métis Friendship Centre Board Room.

      2. Selection of Executive Members
