Treasurer’s Report:
Brother Dan reported the bank balance was $1,904.38 on October 31, 2014.
An information package for the 2014 Unions of Regina Christmas dinner was received and reviewed. The 2014 budget included provision for a $100.00 donation toward the dinner. A cheque in the amount of $100.00 was prepared and Sister Melissa agreed to deliver it to the Union Centre.
It was also reported a cheque in the amount of $300.00 was prepared and forwarded to the PSAC to cover the registration fee for our delegate to the 2015 PSAC Convention. Provision for the cheque was included in the 2014 budget.

No report available as Brother Bains was unable to attend the meeting.
TB Bargaining Update:
There was a discussion about a flyer recently sent out to UNE members as well as armbands and shoelaces to show support for our bargaining teams.
Update by PSAC Representative:
Sister Allen reported she is still attempting to determine a suitable date to hold a follow up meeting from the Prairies Summit.
The meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. Next meeting: January 21, 2015 to begin 2015 project planning and select AGM meeting date.
