As the PRC Rep for South Sask, I have been attending the Regina Area Council and the Regina Human Rights committee meetings on a regular basis. We, as the area council, are attending the Regina Dragon boat races, in Wascana Park, to promote the WE ARE ALL AFFECTED CAMPAIGN. We set up a booth with PSAC banners giving out balloons, water bottles, stickers, PSAC bandanas and information regarding government services and also that the union is also giving back to the community.
With our Human Rights committee we are planning a Diversity Day also to make our community aware that we are here to assist and support all Human Rights issues around our community and the world.
