TUB Virtual Course Registration Feb 2021

Please complete this online registration form to be considered.

Please note that the following PSAC Policies are in effect for all union events:

  • Family Care Policy is intended to assist members in covering additional costs incurred as a direct result of attending an authorized PSAC event. 
  • Accessibility: Participants with Special Needs: PSAC is committed to ensuring that the accessibility of our members are respected. We will be sending out course handouts, ahead of time. Please let us know if you require any accommodation in order to access the handouts or to meet your special needs.
  • Please note that a $100 per diem will be given for the entire completed course.  As this course is a Pilot, please note: per-diems are UNDER REVIEW
  • Treasury Board Members Only - members covered by PA, SV, TC & EB Collective Agreements (C.A.s), need to request Leave With Pay as per article 14 in your C.A.s

You can find your PSAC ID on your Union card. You can also call your PSAC Regional office for assistance.
Members who are scheduled to work during course hours are entitled to claim Loss of Salary costs; as claimed under your Leave Without Pay for Union Purposes.

For Treasury Board Members Only - Leave With Pay Request to attend Union Courses.  For TB Members who are under the following Collective Agreements (C.A.s): PA - Program & Administrative Services; SV - Operational Services; TC - Technical Services; EB - Education & Library Science; FB - Border Services as per Article 14.13, please indicate below the dates & times applicable for your request for Leave With Pay to attend this scheduled Union Course. 

TB Leave With Pay period: applicable date(s) & times needed to attend the scheduled union course. This is your scheduled time at work that you require Leave With Pay for. For example, you are scheduled to work Friday, 07:30 to 15:30; or Saturday & Sunday 16:00 to 24:00. Use either 24 hour or AM/PM.
In order to fully participate in this event, do you require any accommodation needs? Course handouts will be provided prior to the course, please advise if you require any accommodation in order to access the handout. Please provide as much information as necessary for us to address your request. Within reason, efforts will be made to meet your needs.
