Seasonal Get Together:

Each year the Human Rights Committee, the Winnipeg Area Council and the Regional Women’s Committee put on a Seasonal Dinner for the members. This year, however, we thought we would do something different. We talked of having a Come ‘n Go/Meet ‘n Greet theme with H’ors Doeuvres/ snack like food with information displays from components, the various committees and various campaigns instead of having a speaker. This get together would be from 3pm to approx 7pm to accommodate all members who have different work schedules. If anyone has other ideas, please feel free to send your ideas to Cathy.Moar@cic.gc.caor Deanna Cook (formerly Kimball) at 947-1605.

Motion and seconded by Vimbai and Cathy to accept previous minutes.

Next meeting: Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 5:15pm

Meeting adjourned: 6:05pm.
