2014 Convention Resolutions & Prairie Region Budget

In accordance with Resolution of Record #4 in the Prairie Region By-Laws, the Finance Committee’s Report to the Prairie Region Triennial Convention is to be distributed to all appropriate bodies at least two (2) months prior to the Prairie Region Triennial Convention. As such, the Finance Committee's documents, including Prairie Region budget and finance resolutions committee report were posted below on April 27, 2014.

For the 2014 Prairie Region Convention we have printed all resolutions into one convenient guide. The complete resolutions package (posted below in PDF format and included in all convention delegate kits) includes:

• Prairie Region Budget
• Report of the Finance/General Resolutions Committee
• Report of the By-Laws Resolutions Committee
• Report of the General Resolutions Committee

These components have also been posted individually below and may be downloaded as separate PDFs.

Additionally, we've posted the Recommendations from the Regulation 15A Task Force Consultation Process for reference. The recommendations are referenced in Resolutions FIN-014A, FIN-002, and FIN-003.

Resolutions packages will not be mailed out in advance, however, hard copies will be distributed to all registered delegates and observers upon registration at TCU Place on Thursday, June 26 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Friday, June 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.. If you require a printed copy in advance, please contact your regional office to make arrangements.

The page numbers within the printed resolutions package, the resolutions package PDF, and the individual resolutions committee reports will differ from one format to the next.
