 The following is a description of the Grievance Handling Course:Grievance Handling:This two-day course for union stewards will develop participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in effectively solving problems at the workplace. A major portion of time will be spent on the relevant technical skills i.e. identifying, investigating, writing up, and presenting grievances.The course will be located at the Calgary Regional Office Suite 302 of the Hillhurst Professional Building.

The Prairie Region Council Education Committee has begun the process of developing the 2013 - 2015 Prairies Regional Education plan. We are gathering ideas and input from members across the region in a variety of ways:Membership Survey - open to all PSAC Prairies members. The survey takes about five minutes to complete, and each completed survey will be entered into a draw for a GREAT PRIZE (two prizes awarded in each province). The survey closes November 30 and the draw for prizes will take place December 12.
