In an effort to boycott employer activities for public service week the Edmonton Area Council ordered cupcakes for PSAC members during public service week. Locals located in Canada Place picked up cupcakes throughout the day. Other Locals ordered theirs to be delivered were encouraged to coordinate their cupcake affair on or around the same time as the employer-planned celebrations.
