Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The countdown continues to the 5th Triennial Convention of the PSAC Prairie Region and the RO's across the region are busy planning convention prep courses.
The deadline to submit credentials to be considered for subsidies has now passed. Although we will continue to accept credentials, no subsidy will be offered to anyone who registers after the January 26 cutoff. For all those Locals/Branches that submitted delegate counts, please ensure delegate names are submitted as soon as they become available.
Each delegate, alternate, observer and guest is responsible for booking their own travel and hotel. The deadline to reserve rooms at the special Convention rate is May 9, 2011. The Fairmont will not honour the rate after this date and will release our block of rooms.
The dates for the 2011 Prairie Region Convention are Friday, June 10, 2011 to Sunday, June 12, 2011 at the Fairmont Winnipeg. If you have any questions, please contact Alison Davis at davisa@psac.com or (204) 956-4625.
