Dear Brothers and Sisters,
PSAC members share an important vision with the United Way. Together, we work toward building a stronger, healthier community with a wide range of accessible, universal and high-quality social services accessible to all citizens.
Last year, the United Way raised millions to fund programs and services that aim to solve social problems such as poverty, health disparities, poor literacy and lack of affordable housing across Canada.
With that in mind, I urge you, Brothers and Sisters, to donate generously to the United Way, which works to enrich the lives of people in your communities. Contributions can be made through volunteer hours, cash donations or payroll deductions.
Your involvement and commitment have contributed greatly to the success of past campaigns. Again this year, we are faced with an increasing number of people who need the help of the United Way. Together, we can make a difference.
