Did you also know that at least three people die each working day of work-related accidents in Canada?

Stats don’t lie ~   In Canada, in 2017…

•                 951 workplace deaths were recorded:

•                 23 young workers between the ages of 15 and 24 were killed

•                 251,508 claims were accepted for lost time due to a work-related injury or disease

•                 And that’s just stats of accepted WCB claims! It is estimated the actual totals could be 10 times that amount.

These statistics illustrate the impact of health and safety not only of those directly affected, but on coworkers, family, friends and others.
