In this one hour interactive webinar, we provided an introduction to the new language for the federal public service covering violence in the workplace, which includes, but not limited to; bullying, teasing, mobbing, harassing, or other threatening behaviour that may cause offense or injury in a workplace. We provided an overview of the changes, as well as provide a wealth of resources. Some of the key areas that have been updated include;
- The definition of violence
- The training that must be offered to all employees and employer representatives
- The investigative processes
- The reporting processes
