On International Women's Day, we celebrate women's leadership, innovation and determination to make the world a better and more equal place.

PSAC members, in particular, have much to be proud of and to celebrate on International Women’s Day.

On this year’s International Women’s Day, PSAC-Prairies is calling on all members and allies to push for for universal child care in the 2019 federal election.

In an unprecedented decision, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) ordered the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to pay the maximum compensation to its employee who suffered sexual harassment in the workplace.

A majority of PSAC-Customs and Immigration Union (PSAC-CIU) members voted to keep the existing definition of years of service in the collective agreement. As a result, the Border Services (FB) bargaining team will not be seeking any changes to the years of service definition.

A federal mediator appointed by the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board has announced that mediation between PSAC-Union of Taxation Employees (PSAC-UTE) and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has been scheduled for April 2-4 in Ottawa.

In 2012 the Harper government announced its intention to consolidate artifacts under the care of Parks Canada from regional centres – including a facility in Winnipeg – to Gatineau, Quebec. This includes artifacts that stretch the history of Indigenous Peoples in this land. To date, the Trudeau government has not acted to reverse this decision.
