The Union of Taxation Employees is hosting a webinar information session on May 19 to update Prairie members on the status of barganing.

In light of the slow pace of negotiations with the new Liberal government, the PSAC is calling on members to boycott the government’s National Public Service Week to be held June 12-18 this year.

Regional Organizer - Winnipeg   Under the general supervision of the Regional Coordinator, and as part of regional and national teams that include other regional office and headquarters staff, the Organizer builds the Union by initiating, coordinating and implementing organizing campaigns for the purpose of recruiting new members into the PSAC. We are deeply concerned by the ongoing forest fire in Fort McMurray, Alberta. There are no reported deaths or major injuries as of this moment. We have communicated with elected PSAC union representatives in the region to check on the safety of our members in the area.
