Lockout at Regina refinery

Around 800 workers at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina have been locked out since December 5 after they stood up against attempts at weakening their pensions.

The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has reached a collective agreement with SaskGaming for gaming workers at Casino Regina. Members ratified the agreement last week.

CEIU/PSAC Members Rally in Winnipeg for a Fair Contract and Phoenix Compensation WINNIPEG, MB - Members of the Canada Employment and Immigration Union (CEIU) – a component of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) – will hold a lunch hour rally in Winnipeg today (Thursday, June 6, 2019) from 12:00 noon to 12:30PM in front of 280 Broadway in Winnipeg. PSAC has declared impasse in negotiations with Treasury Board, which employs over 90,000 members of the PSAC including CEIU members. PSAC members make up the bulk of the federal public service.

PSAC Members Hold “Here For Canada” Rally in Winnipeg Winnipeg  –  The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) is holding a “Here For Canada” rally in support of national bargaining teams today (Friday, November 2) from noon to 1 pm at the corner of Main and Broadway in Winnipeg. Negotiations are currently underway with the Canada Revenue Agency, Treasury Board, Parks Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Nav Canada.

Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) members will gather this morning (Wednesday, February 28, 2018) at 280 Broadway in Winnipeg to protest the failed Phoenix Pay System from 7:00am to 9:00am. They will be distributing “Phoenix First Aid” materials to members about their rights if they have been burnt by Phoenix.
