On April 23, you will have the opportunity to influence the political landscape in your province as Alberta heads to the polls to elect the representatives who will guide your province over the next four years.
During this election, the Alberta Federation of Labour is advocating for three important issues that working Albertans care about, based on years of consultation with AFL members: Oil Sands & Economy, Public Health Care, and Ending Tax & Royalty Giveaways.
Enclosed you will find more information on these issues that are so important for the health and financial security for working families — now and in the future. We’ve also included the AFL Report Card that grades the candidates on their platforms and responses to these issues.
Please have a look at the information included and pass it on to your family, friends, neighbours, and coworkers to encourage them to get out and vote.
