Collective Bargaining Process Under Bill C-4

The following flow charts are meant to assist members in understanding how the bargaining process has changed due to Bill C-4, especially with respect to essential services. Each chart follows the same template but is marked with an expiry date unique to the corresponding collective agreement. 

These charts were developed for the National Bargaining Conference and are also being distributed at multi-local meetings throughout the Prairies.
