In an effort to coordinate PSAC members who have asked how they can help, we are organizing volunteer days to get out into the communities and provide support.

Please park on the South side of the building (right in front) where it is marked ‘Reserved Parking’.. this is for volunteers. Should these stalls be full, please ask security to unlock the parking compound where staff park (East of building), for additional overflow parking.
Please go to security and they will direct you up to the 2nd floor volunteer office (in the hygiene area), where you may securely leave your coat and any valuables.
If you are volunteering in the kitchen, please wear closed toed shoes and appropriate clothing which you are comfortable in.

You are welcome to go on your own (carpooling is recommended) or via shuttle from 1 of 2 staging areas in Calgary:
- Bishop O'Byrne High School: 500, 333 Shawville Blvd SE
- Mount Royal University, 4825 Mount Royal Gate SW. South side of campus, Lot B (across from Parkade)
Shuttles run from 8 am to 4 pm, leaving every 2 hours.
If you are taking your own transportation to High River, please go straight to the Welcome Centre, where volunteer efforts are being coordinated:
- High River Agricultural Society Rodeo Grounds, 64137 HWY 543 High River.
High River is in need of supplies such as rubber boots, coveralls, face masks and gloves. Donations are accepted at the Welcome Centre.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring tools such as shovels, garbage bags, and buckets.
