PSAC’s top priority is doing everything in our power to ensure the pay system is fixed so public service employees get paid correctly and on time. We are continuing to advocate for the necessary supports our members need until Phoenix is fixed. PSAC was also told that, on a go forward basis, the call centre will now be prepared to take calls from members reporting overpayments.
