Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) members will gather this morning (Wednesday, February 28, 2018) at 280 Broadway in Winnipeg to protest the failed Phoenix Pay System from 7:00am to 9:00am. They will be distributing “Phoenix First Aid” materials to members about their rights if they have been burnt by Phoenix.
