On Monday, September 24, 2012 the PSAC Prairie Region unveiled its new Facebook page, another means of connecting with members by sharing information, links and photos.

Congratulations to Deborah Ferguson on being elected as Alternate Regional Executive Vice-President (REVP) for the PSAC Prairie Region.

All employees at the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development (CAHRD) will now benefit from improved working conditions and free collective bargaining, as nearly 100 workers, ranging from employment counselors to childcare workers and teachers, join the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC).

On September 15 the Public Service Alliance of Canada held a National Day of Action from coast to coast to coast. PSAC members, community advocates and concerned citizens alike gathered together at various events across the Prairies to celebrate the public services they value most. These services are being jeopardized or damaged by the ongoing federal cuts. We are ALL affected by the cuts to federal services and jobs imposed by the Conservative government.

 

As part of the Regional Office Team, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative services that enable the Regional Office to fulfill its role in a timely and credible manner.
