PSAC bargains again with Parks Canada October 18.

Digging in the dirt, harvesting vegetables and delivering produce to local food banks may not sound like typical union activities.

PSAC members in good standing who sit as union representatives on National Policy Health and Safety Committees are eligible to participate.

At 11:45am on Monday, October 17, CUPE is staging a rally in support of the right to strike outside the Air Canada building on Portage Avenue (355 Portage).

The Alberta Federation of Labour (AFL), which represents 145,000 workers across the province, made a clear declaration of support for the Occupy Calgary and Occupy Edmonton movements today.

PSAC is continuing its consultations with Treasury Board to review the classification of the groups within the PA (Program and Administrative Services) bargaining unit.
