Talking Union Basics (TUB) Edmonton– Sept. 23rd  and 24th, 2017 – Saturday, Sunday (9am-5pm)

In this three-hour workshop participants will define homophobia and heterosexism and review the history for GLB struggles. Please note that this module is open to members residing within 100 kms of Edmonton

Stewards as Allies for Racial Justice

This two-day course for union stewards will develop participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in effectively solving problems at the workplace. This course is open to all Northern Alberta members. 

In this three-hour workshop participants will define Trans, Gender Identity, Gender Expression and build their understanding of the trans experience to foster compassion as a steward. Please note that this module is open to members residing within 100 kms of Edmonton

This course will bring together Local Executive members for skill development and knowledge building. This course is open to all Northern Alberta Members
